At Cutline, we design and test our products to withstand the rigors of frequent travel and the demands of professional use. However, while we aim for durability, we understand that nothing can last forever. As such, we offer a one-year warranty against any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from everyday wear and tear, the natural deterioration of materials with time, accidents, improper care, or negligence.
Damage as a resulting of normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the bag, and accidental damage are not covered.
We do not reimburse for any damaged or lost contents, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. Use of washing machines and dryers can cause irreparable damage and are not covered by our warranty.
